Buzz, buzz. Annoying voices penetrating the fog of bored that has collected around my mind. Annoying trepid voices. So unimportant. So buzzy. So many. Too many, far, far to many. I wonder why people talk so much? To much by my standards. Is it so hard to listen, to simply bask in a person's presence and be glad they're there and not elsewhere. Instead, we bombard them with meaningless words, sentences, and stories about........ Nothing. Seemingly nothing, well nothing IMPORTANT anyway. Are they even listening? Not simply hearing but truly honestly listening? I wonder if after a "normal" conversation the person "listening" could repeat or even summarize what the person blathering away said? Truly i wonder. Truly i question. Never an an answer to be sought.
